Axons Talent is dedicated to safeguarding the Personal Information we collect from you during the recruitment and selection process. This includes details found in your CV, job application or any other information provided during the engagement of our products and services. If you are successfully placed in a job by us, any additional Personal Information collected or generated from our relationship will also be protected from unauthorised access. We will only request and record information that helps us match you with the most suitable job opportunities, and we will not share your personal information without your consent. Similarly, any Personal Information provided to us by any third parties will be handled with the same level of confidentiality.
By sharing your details with us, you agree that we may contact you via phone, email, SMS or any other methods of communication to inform you of new job opportunities. If you wish not to give consent to information sharing, you may be limited in using the full functionalities of our products and services, and limit our ability to match you to suitable work opportunities and secure job placement.
We are committed to safeguarding the data transmitted to us over the internet; however, since no transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we cannot warrant the security of Personal Information transmitted in this manner. Nevertheless, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is secure within our systems.

It includes details or opinions about your racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs, membership in political or religious organisations, affiliations with professional or trade associations, union membership, sexual preferences or practices, criminal history, health or disability (at any time), and any expressed wishes regarding future health services. - Third parties involved in providing, managing or administering Axons Talent’s services, any recipients of the information outside Axons Talent are bound by obligations of confidentiality to us and compliance with the APP
- Third parties involved in advertising and analytical services
- Financial institutions, superannuation, managed funds organisations, any pension schemes and their advisers when securing your placement
- Any person with a lawful entitlement to obtain the information
6. HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your information may be stored in either physical or electronic formats, in facilities that we manage directly or those operated by our service providers. We prioritise the security of your Personal Information and take reasonable measures to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
While we implement these security measures, it's important to recognise the various information security risks that exist today. We encourage you to take appropriate precautions to help safeguard your information.
7. HOW TO MANAGE YOUR PRIVACY OPTIONS
The Privacy Act 1988 of Australia defines your rights to access and request a copy of the personal and sensitive information we hold about you, for purposes such as record keep and error correction if you believe the information is inaccurate, etc.
Various categories of privacy options can be controlled by you including:

- Tracking on our website. Currently we do not deploy any means of online activity tracking throughout our products and services offerings, other than the absolute necessary techniques such as the usage of cookie for the provision of baseline functionalities and features. To exercise you right, you must provide sufficient information to allow us to verify your identity, and describe in detail so as to help us understand your request. Unmet criteria may result in us not being able to respond to you. In circumstances where we may not be able to fully comply with your request, such that it may impede the rights of others or failure to meet legal threshold, we may still inform you of such a decision. In circumstances where additional information maybe required(including Personal Information), we will duly inform you of such requirement. In circumstances where a fee is required, we will provide such reasons and costing information. All requests will be responded to within the time period required by applicable local law.

At any point in time we may update this Privacy Policy. Any changes implemented will also reflects your continued acceptance to the revised version, where your Personal Information is subject to the effect of previous version at the time of collection. We will duly notify you via our website, email or any other registered means of communications.
